Terms and Conditions

General

  • These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the sale of refurbished IT equipment (“Products”) by Dotline Informatics Pvt. Ltd. (“Seller”) to the buyer (“Buyer”).
  • By purchasing any Products from Dotline Informatics Pvt. Ltd., the Buyer agrees to abide by these T&C.
  • The Products are sold on an “as-is” basis, with limited warranties as outlined in Clause 4.

Payment Terms

  • All payments for the Products shall be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
  • Payment may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method mutually agreed upon.
  • The Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees in connection with the purchase.
  • Late payments will be billed as per The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act (MSMED) of 2006.

Delivery and Acceptance

  • The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to the Buyer on the agreed date. However, the Seller shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond their control.
  • The Buyer must inspect the Products upon delivery and notify the Seller of any damage or discrepancy upon receipt.
  • Failure to notify the Seller within this time frame constitutes acceptance of the Products.

Warranty and Scope

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage.
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or external factors (e.g., water, fire, etc.).
  • Software issues or virus attacks.

Warranty Claiming Conditions

  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing, along with proof of purchase, to the Seller within the warranty period.
  • The Buyer must provide a detailed description of the issue and evidence of the defect (e.g., photos or videos).
  • The Buyer is responsible for shipping the defective Products to the Seller for assessment and repair/replacement. Shipping charges may apply depending on the nature of the defect and warranty terms.
  • If the warranty claim is found to be valid, the Seller will repair or replace the defective Products at their discretion. If repair or replacement is not feasible, store credit will be issued.

Escalation Matrix

In case of a dispute or unresolved warranty claim, the Buyer may follow the following escalation process:

  • Step 1: Contact the Seller’s support team (service@dotlineinfo.com) via [Insert Email/Phone Number].
  • Step 2: If not resolved, escalate to the Sales Manager at sales@dotlineinfo.com.
  • Step 3: Final escalation to Senior Management at info@dotlineinfo.com.

Liability

The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

Limitation of Use

  • The Products are sold for use in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • The Buyer agrees not to use the Products for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with the intended use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Modifications

The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. 

Force Majeure

  • The Seller will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

 

General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the sale of refurbished IT equipment (“Products”) by Dotline Informatics Private Limited (“Seller”) to the buyer (“Buyer”). By purchasing from us, you agree to abide by the following terms.

Products are sold on an "as-is" basis, with limited warranties as outlined below.

Payment Terms

  1. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless agreed upon in writing.
  2. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, and others as agreed.
  3. Prices include applicable taxes and shipping charges (within India).
  4. Late payments will be subject to interest as per the MSMED Act, 2006.

Delivery and Acceptance

  1. We ship across India using trusted carriers: Delhivery and Blue Dart.
  2. Products are typically shipped within 1–2 business days, with delivery completed in 3–5 business days.
  3. On delivery, buyers must inspect the product immediately. Any issues must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
  4. Failure to report issues within the stated period constitutes acceptance of the product.

Cancellation Policy

We follow a flexible yet fair cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.
  2. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been processed or shipped.
  3. Cancellations are not allowed for perishable or personalized items unless the delivered item is defective or not as described.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Returns are only accepted in cases of defective or damaged items, and must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 6–8 business days.
  3. If the product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers must refer issues directly to the manufacturer.
  4. Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

Warranty Policy

We provide limited warranties on applicable products. Warranty coverage does not include:

  1. Physical damage
  2. Damage due to accidents, abuse, water/fire damage
  3. Software issues or virus-related damage

Warranty Claims:

  1. Must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.
  2. Customers must describe the issue clearly and may need to share photos/videos.
  3. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product to us for evaluation.
  4. If valid, we will repair or replace the item, or issue store credit if neither is possible.

Products are sold for use as per manufacturer specifications. The buyer must not misuse or alter the intended function of the equipment.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Modifications

Dotline Informatics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, war, labor strikes, or government restrictions.
